The indoor pool and fitness center were fantastic. The evening entertainment and 24-hour front desk added to the convenience. Museum of Skiing nearby.

Sleeping in a cramped sofa bed in a luxurious 5-star hotel made me feel like royalty. Not a fan of the limited soundproof rooms and noisy airco.

the staff were amicable and good day and night. the property's location was marvellous and pleasant, in fact everything was great. and it was also adjacent to the á la carte restaurant, and the city center.

Brand-new hotel in a fairly nice area just next door to the á la carte restaurant, Poland, and the slopes. Extremely spacious and absolutely perfect rooms with a safe box, a mini-bar, and a sofa bed, stunning views. Very helpful employees with nice manners. Rich and delicious breakfast and great food selection.

As a father of a large family, we had a fantastic stay at this 5-star hotel. The children's playground was a highlight for our kids, offering endless fun and entertainment. Additionally, the bike rental service provided a convenient way for our family to explore the beautiful surroundings.

Although, at times, certain situations in the restaurant were amusing to watch when orders were not taken coherently, a separate area could be planned for dog owners in there. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had up-to-date equipment.
